The cottage was set in a breathtaking location, surrounded by stunning views of the Welsh countryside. It was the perfect spot for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The nearby walks and bike rides were a great way to explore the area and enjoy the natural beauty of the surroundings. Additionally, the comfort of the bed exceeded our expectations and made for a truly restful stay.
There were a few drawbacks to our experience. It would have been nice to have these essentials provided for guests' convenience.

Stunning views and location, and a very helpful owner. The garden was secure for dogs and children. Lots of local information available in the cottage. Parking was easy for one large car. The cottage was cosy and nicely presented.
Very poor location details provided, which made it difficult to find. Limited hanging space for clothes, especially longer items.

We had a fantastic weekend getaway at this cozy cottage. The location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful green hills and with easy access to the River Dee. The driveway parking was convenient, and we loved being able to walk to the nearby Horseshoe Falls. The cottage had everything we needed for a peaceful stay, including lots of books and games. It was spotlessly clean and the host was very helpful. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of having milk and wine waiting for us upon arrival.
That the wifi signal was very weak and unreliable. It didn't work most of the time, so if you need to stay connected with family or work, you may have to walk up the hill to get a better signal.

We recently stayed at a beautiful cottage with a spacious and private garden overlooking the river. It was perfect for our small family, including our 10-year-old daughter and parents. the double/single bunk bed worked well for us, allowing our parents to have the master bedroom. the cottage was spotlessly clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. the owners were welcoming and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. the views from the cottage were outstanding, especially while relaxing in the log fired hot tub. We highly recommend this cottage and would definitely book again. Cons: Nothing to be said 😊.

For the price we paid, we got incredible value - the room was beautifully furnished and so comfy, it exceeded all our expectations! The location was perfect, secluded and peaceful, with plenty of walks nearby. The staff, especially Helen, were accommodating and a pleasure to work with.
The only thing that could have made breakfast better was if there were more vegetarian options.
